Chris Brady (The berserker)

As a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Chris Brady is and has worked with the some of the world’s top athletes. He is a master of sports specific core strengthening and has trained Muay Thai fighters who have fought in Thailand, Golden Glove boxers who are nationally ranked and many other athletes ranging from high school to collegiate levels. Chris focuses on strengthening the core of all his athletes by not only strengthening them to become the best physically; he also focuses on strengthening them mentally which will make them some of the world’s most distinguishable athletes. Chris will work with students one-on-one to create a customized program specific to his clientele. Chris also has his bachelor’s degree in nutrition and is a huge asset to our athletes in bridging the gap of nutrition and exercise.

He incorporates a fully detailed nutrition and exercise plan on what an athlete must do in order to become a fine tuned athlete.
