About BRIAN BLACKBURN
Brian Blackburn has participated in the full contact sports for the past decade. A pupil of Thailand’s prominent Arjan Chi, Brian has spent the last nine years studying traditional Muay Thai and advancing his skills in the ring. Furthermore, Brian has seven years western boxing experience and holds a Chicago armature boxing record. Lastly, he has worked under several Tae Kwon Do Grand Masters to earn his first degree black belt. He has traveled to Thailand on several occasions to train and compete with the worlds best fighters. Brian now travels the country to learn from Muay Thai masters and champions
Transitioning from fighter to trainer, Brain now prepares young fighters for Muay Thai, boxing and MMA bouts. Brian has been coaching for the past four years and has produced aggressive fighters. His fighters are pushed to their threshold of pain and tolerance on a daily basis. For this, Team Wrecking Ball is a force to be reckoned with. He now strives to put Muay Thai back on the map. His company, “Wreck Wear” dedicates its heart and soul to the progression of the striking arts.
