Congratulations to all of our students who tested today. Everyone did an amazing job and should be really proud of your accomplishments. Both Ender Kongkaeow and Ken Shulman endured the intensity of the Brian Blackburn Blue division Muay Thai testing today. We wish them both good luck in passing the test… just being able to complete the test shows the sign of a true warrior!
We also want to congratulate our little kids jiu jitsu team. Collecting a stripe today were Cade Tannenberger, Grayson Kongkaeow, Max Goddard, Payton McIntosh, Austin Murrell, Sophie Moskowitz, Luke Corpuz and Mya Moskowitz. Special shout out to Ayden Goddard for earning his first belt promotion today and taking home a grey/white belt. Another shout out goes out to youth student Marc Corpuz for earning his yellow/black belt today – Marc works hard in every class and is very deserving of his promotion today!
We also had a great day in our adult division passing out three new purple belts. Congratulations go out to Marcelo Corpuz, Kent Rexford and Dante Salinas for going all 5 six-minute rounds against our purple belts and Coach Scott Goddard. Lasting six minutes with Coach Scott is no easy feat!

Today was an awesome day for jiu jitsu! And Wrecking Ball’s Team Goddard did fantastic at NAGA today. Here are the results so far:
Luke Corpuz: 3rd, 2nd and he took 1st twice!
Olivia Corpuz: 1st in Gi
Marc Corpuz: 1st in Gi and 1st in No Gi
Gabby Robles: 1st in No Gi, 2nd in Gi
Isaiah Davila: 3rd in Gi
Stephan Wawrzos: 1st in Gi, 3rd in No Gi
Tyler Gruzalski: 1st in Gi, 1st in No Gi
Dylan Geick: 1st in Gi, 3rd in No Gi
Austin Cloe: 2nd in Gi, 2nd in No Gi
Alex Revelo: 1st in No Gi
Congratulations Team. All your training paid off today. We are very proud of you guys!

Congratulations to our team who competed at the Combat Corner Tournament last weekend. All the competitors did really well. Special shout out to Austin Cloe who took home two first place wins and also to Gabby Robles who competed for the first time and took home the silver. Here are the results:
