“Uncle” Kent Rexford, Matt “The Titan” Tobie and Richard “Your Darkest” Dey will be representing the Wrecking Ball Fight Facility at the upcoming XFO 42. The show will take place at the Sears Centre Arena (where honestly no seat is a bad seat!) on December 10. So plenty of time left to get your tickets and they are only $25. Here’s info on the event:

The Wreck Squad took their first shot at dodgeball today… and after today’s performance, we either need a lot more practice or we should stick to MMA. Either way, we had a lot of fun and want to thank the McHenry Dodgeball Association for the invite. All proceeds from today’s tournament went to help a young man who was just diagnosed with leukemia pay for medical expenses. It was an honor to be there and we are glad we could help a good cause. We didn’t walk away empty-handed though… the Wreck Squad won “Best Uniforms!” So we may not of played well, but at least we looked good!
Special thanks to our Wreck Squad for coming out today: Scott Goddard, Clint Blackburn, Adam Mount, Kent Rexford, Richard Dey, Clayton Iverson, Austin Cloe, Josh Bessette, Ken Shulman and Diana! (btw – note to the team… dodgeballs are on order and we’ll start after hour practices so we can get ‘em at the next tournament!)

Well, last night was a very proud moment for me. To Ethan, Rollie and Kayla – you all made last night one of the proudest moments of my life. I sent children into a cage to do an adult’s job, and what an amazing job you all did!!! Each of you showed heart, courage and skill for 3 rounds and never did any of you faultier in the depths of battle. You all went in as lambs and stepped out as lions.
Muay thai is the toughest sport out there and I hope all of your lives have forever changed from this experience. I am honored to have shared this moment with each one of you.
And to Ethan, I am sorry your fight was stripped from you. I want everyone to know that you ended your fight with a perfect knee. You did everything right. Chin up and we will get them next time.
And finally to all the parents, thank you so much for all your trust in our school and coaches. We see your children as our own and we shared every bit of anxiety that you had last night. We would never put them in harms way. You should be very proud of the job they did last night. They are amazing individuals and you should spoil them rotten today!!!

The Wreck Squad weighed-in last night and are ready for the Muay Thai matches tonight. Good luck to Emmanuel Willoughby, Kayla Altergott, Ethan Tamasin and Rollie Baguisa. Here’s where all that training pays off! Wreck em all.
You can still get tickets at the door to support your Wreck Squad at Fightcard’s No Mercy 2011. Fights are at the Grand Sports Arena in Hoffman Estates and doors open at 5pm. Hope to see you all out there!
