Western Boxing

Boxing, often called “The Sweet Science,” is a sport in which two competitors try to strike one another with their glove-encased fists, while simultaneously attempting to avoid each other’s blows. The competition is divided into a specified number of rounds, regularly 3 minutes long, with 1-minute rest periods between rounds. Although amateur boxing is widespread, professional boxing has flourished on an even grander scale since the early 18th century.

Wrecking Ball’s boxing program utilizes genuine boxing regimens and creates a format for people of all fitness levels. We focus on getting students and fighters in the best shape of their lives by offering a workout that toughens the body and the mind.

Our classes are designed to give you a total body workout and equip fighters with power and pin-point punching accuracy.

Each class is a 60 minute, cardiovascular, heart pounding workout that tones every muscle in your entire body and burns fat. Students will go through a professional fighter routine that involves stretching, shadow boxing, bag work, combination drills, lower body conditioning, and abdomen work.
